Very well furnished villa on two floors situated 1.5 km from the centre of Ericeira and 1.1 km from the beach. It is a quiet area with pleasant views and the sea in the distance.
The top floor has 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with large french windows which lead to a big balcony with good views; there is a bathroom with a full length bath next to this bedroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed, the third and the fourth bedroom each have a drawer bed and there is one more bathroom with full length bath on this floor. The lower floor has a splendid living room with a billiard table, well equipped modern kitchen with dining area and access to a large shaded terrace with barbecue. There is also a shower room on this floor. There is room to park two cars inside the property.
The villa is built on a slope and consequently there are many steps in and around the house. The pool measures 8.30 m length, width 2.50 to 4.30 m and depth from 1.10 to 2.00 m and there is a nice lawn around the pool.

Very attractive house in the centre of a rustic village 8 kms from the beach and the centre of Ericeira. Spacious garden and a swimming pool ideal for children as the depth is only 1 m.
Ground floor has 2 double bedrooms - one with private shower-room - a room with a spare bed, a big living room with comfortable furniture, open fireplace and billard table. There is also a bathroom with a full length bath on this floor and a big kitchen and diningroom. From here a spiral staircase leads to the attic which has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and another shower-room.
The caretaker comes everyday to feed the birds who live in the aviary in the garden, and to clean the pool.
