Pracetas lies right next to the sea. All that could be desired for a sea, sand and sun holiday. This really is a unique setting.
Barco is one of the delightful refined cottages on the estate; it is built as a boat and has a tiny moat in front of it. On the ground floor in front of the pool there is dining room, kitchen and shower room. A small spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 twin bedrooms, a sitting room with drawer bed and a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea.
A very large barbecue is available for all the guests' use and there are sun loungers on the main terraces. No pets allowed. Pracetas Barco has a shared washing machine with the other tenants and has got private TV and fireplace. Parking.
