Pracetas lies 1,8 km from the centre of Ericeira, right next to the sea. Beautiful cottage, with delightful interior. All that could be desired for a sea, sand and sun holiday. This really is a unique setting.
Living room with double bed-settee and TV, kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bedroom.
There are terraces overlooking the beach and the sea. Sun loungers are available. A very large barbecue is available for guests' use, as well as washing machines. On the grounds there is also a splendid private swimmingpool. Pets are not allowed.

1st Floor apartment in a small and fine condominium. The pool is 12 x 6 m and covered on cool days. Situated in the heights of Ericeira, 700 m to the centre of Ericeira, 450 m to the beach.
Spacious sittingroom with bed-settee for 2 persons, and fireplace, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. One complete bathroom and one shower room. Very nice kitchen and large balcony. Central heating (supplement). Garage in the basement. Dogs not permitted. Barbecue forbbiden.

Comfortable and good quality apartments, with large balcony (most but not all have seaview) located by the north entrance of Ericeira (2200 m to the centre), 1800 m to the shopping centre S. Sebastiao, 1100 m to the beach of Praia do Matadouro and 1500 m to the sandy beach Ribeira d'Ilhas, proud host of international surf competitions.
The T1 apartments have a sittingroom with 2 bed-settees, each for one person and TV, kitchen area with microwave oven, hob with 2 electric hotplates, fridge, 1 twin bedroom with TV, bathroom, balcony. There is air-conditioning and central heating.
A pool for adults and one for children. Extra bed costs 10 Euro per day, cots are free (max 2 years). The prices include daily light cleaning except Sunday, towels are changed twice a week, linen once a week.
